I was recommended Flextates by a shop assistant in Gibraltar. Although I already had the basis of an itinerary for our group trip to India. Flextates proved absolutely invaluable for our adventure. Flextates to care of all our train journey ticket bookings, which was always going to be difficult for me being outside of India. But they looked after everything and we managed to get all reservations on the trains we needed. The company also provided transportation for transfers airport/hotel, railway stations/hotel some trips/tours and a weekend away to Shimla. What really impressed me the most was that the transport pick-ups/drop-off during our three week stay were all on-time. Not once were we waiting around which was incredible. We even added some last minute extra tours/guides to our itinerary which Flextates took care of quickly and efficiently. I have to say that Neeraj and the team at Flextates were amazing. They made our tour to India run so smoothly without problems. I would fully recommend this company if you are planning an adventure to Northern India.

We, eighteen of our classmates of 81GMC, had a wonderful time in Rajasthan with Neeraj Agarwal as our tour operator. He arranged everything for us, from transportation to accommodation, and made sure we had a comfortable and memorable trip. We visited many beautiful and historic forts, such as Udaipur Fort, Mehrangarh Fort, and Jaisalmer Fort, and learned about their rich history and culture from our knowledgeable and friendly guides. We also enjoyed camel riding in the Thar Desert, where we witnessed the stunning sunset and camped under the stars. The hotels we stayed in were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, and the food was delicious and authentic. We tried many local dishes and loved every bite. Neeraj Agarwal was very professional, courteous, and helpful throughout our tour. He answered all our queries, gave us useful tips, and took care of any issues that arose(l left my bank card in a hotel room, one of my friend has luggage problem). He also made sure we had enough time to explore each place at our own pace and have fun with our classmates. We had a great shopping too. The Rajasthan trip was very well organised. We had complete freedom to customise the itinerary and the places to stay. Flextates gave us plenty of options in each place and ensured to book our preferred hotels. Each of the recommended hotel was very good. We requested an Innova car which was duly provided with a cooperative driver. The response of Mr Neeraj was also good as he ensured to give us the proper information and accomodate our requests even during the trip. Overall, we completed the trip without any hiccups or issues.
